Our company was founded by Briana Baptiste and Guarav Aayeer, both graduates of the University of Oxford's Masters of Business Administration program. Drawing on their shared expertise and passion for organizational development, consulting, strategy and risk management, they established the organization.
Recognizing a gap in the market for transparent, full-service, and highly skilled boutique consulting firms, the company entered the industry with a commitment to providing exceptional services to clients across diverse sectors, including sports, government, agriculture, and logistics. Over the past three years, the company has experienced substantial growth and expanded its ownership to include one additional partner.
